As the senior most sales executive, the EVP of Sales & Business Development will establish sales targets and develop strategic sales plans to meet company sales growth and pricing objectives as well as customer satisfaction. Responsible for placing significant emphasis on the ability to identify, cultivate, and apply leadership and sales talent across our customer base. The position is also tasked with developing and enhancing of Maverick’s sales team while maintaining a portfolio of growth in business through both new customer opportunities and existing accounts. This position will report directly to the President and will be expected to prepare materials to participate in board meetings of Maverick, a private equity owned business. Maverick Enterprises is located in Northern California in the beautiful wine country.
