As part of our mission, Gravure AIMCAL Alliance continues to support and invest in the Gravure workforce, current and future generations. To this end, the Gravure Education Foundation (GEF) was formed in 1979 and in 2018 joined forces with the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF). This combination created an endowed fund of over ten million dollars, dedicated towards encouraging young people to consider the graphics field as a career and aiding, where possible, to further their educational pursuit.
GAA is both honored and proud to support and work with PGSF in their ongoing mission to attract talented professionals to the print and graphics industry. It is our hope that together with organizations like PGSF, the gravure industry – and printing in general – will continue to be an industry filled with promise, opportunity, and successful career development.
